Trainee Programme
If you are interested in a career in engineering and have completed either one of the following; GCSE's, A-Levels, National Certificate, BTEC OND/C, or HND/C, Tate has a tailor made career path program to suit you.
If you join us after any one of the above, we will provide you with an excellent remuneration package, one-on one mentoring, fees for your chosen course and the necessary time off to study and achieve whatever level of education you have set yourself.
Whether your aim is to be a first class engineer with an HND or a Masters, Tate will be right behind you with support, knowhow and encouragement. The only prerequisites we ask for is that you have a minimum of grade C GCSEs in Maths, Science or their equivalent, are motivated, enthusiastic and have a strong desire to pursue a career as an engineer.
